Design System

AgentScout initially had an outdated website template and lacked a comprehensive admin panel. The platform was missing a specific design system and the personas necessary for full functionality. To address this, we developed a design system tailored to four key personas: admin, agent, buyer, and seller.

We carefully considered the optimal communication options and user-friendly button placements during the system development. Our team manually created Gantt charts, check-ins, and checklists. For buyers, we implemented a system for convenient house customization.

We incorporated well-known icons, adapting them to the corporate style, and also designed unique icons and graphic elements. Additionally, we created new components, including headings, dropdowns, and input fields. We selected neutral colors for the platform, highlighting critical elements with brighter tones to enhance usability.

Features

01. Admin Dashboard

The admin panel includes a dashboard with a comprehensive list of agents and area managers, account settings, and help settings. The admin can assign specific rights to agents and add new agents and managers to the list.
The list of agents is categorized into active agents, agents needing activation, and blocked agents. For more convenient searching, the list also includes filtering options.

02. Buyer Dashboard

At the beginning of using the platform, buyers answer questions about their purchase area, move-in time, property type, price range, number of bedrooms, and more. It helps match them with suitable agents and properties.
Once buyers select an agent, they can contact them to discuss purchase details. The agent will then find suitable property options for the buyer.
The Dashboard provides buyers with their transaction history, tour scheduling, and account settings. Buyers can also complete their profiles by adding a photo, mailing address, phone number, and other details.

03. Seller Dashboard

The Seller Dashboard allows sellers to list their properties, including details like condition, type, and sale region. It also features transaction history, tour schedule, account settings, and a property preparation section.
After describing their property, sellers are presented with three agents to choose from for further cooperation. An agent can visit the property, assess it, and suggest improvements to increase its value.|
Sellers can view a list of suggested property improvements on their dashboard. If they agree to the improvements, the work plan is displayed in the calendar as a Gantt chart.

04. Agent Dashboard

Agents have a profile page to provide information about their biography, work experience, recent sales, work schedule, video introduction, licenses, and certificates.
The Dashboard includes a client list with appointment scheduling options.
In the Performance section, agents can track their successes and work progress.

05. Home Sale Proceeds Calculator

Our team has developed a calculator to help you estimate your net profit from a property sale. Simply fill in the required fields – the calculator will determine your expected earnings. You can download the results as a PDF document.

Testing was at the core of our approach to ensuring Agent Scout’s user-friendliness and usability. Comprehensive testing, including usability, functionality, and performance assessments, played a key role. Real users were engaged to provide valuable feedback, helping us fine-tune the platform’s design and functionality.
Maintaining a user-centric focus throughout the testing process, we constantly iterated based on user feedback. This approach allowed us to create a user-friendly platform that met the highest usability standards. By testing and refining the platform, we ensured that users had a seamless experience when buying or selling real estate with the assistance of top-tier agents.
